Warranty

5-Year Warranty

All Utemaster products purchased from 1 June 2025 are covered by a 5-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of original purchase. Products purchased prior to 1 June 2025 carry a 3-year warranty.

If your product has a defect covered by this warranty, we'll arrange repair or replacement of the product or its defective parts at no cost to you, subject to the terms below.

How to Make a Claim

Contact us as soon as you become aware of a defect — don't delay, as late notification may affect your claim. To submit a claim:

  • Email us at sales@utemaster.com.au or call 0800 683 352 (NZ)

  • Provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect

  • We may ask you to return the product for inspection before we process the claim

We'll assess the defect and decide whether to repair, replace, or refund the product. That decision is made by Utemaster. Any repairs must be carried out by Utemaster or an authorised repairer — unauthorised repairs or modifications will void the warranty.
