Static Testing: We load it up with heavy heavy loads to see what it can handle
Dynamic Testing: We simulate forces that would occur in open road speeds, and during an accident, including testing load restraint points, headboard, ladder racks etc so that you can have peace of mind
Fatigue Testing: We simulate corrugated road driving for an extensive period of time to ensure that it will last the distance on harsh terrain, while loaded up

The TrailCore Service Body has minimal joints, no exposed rivets piercing the skin and full seals on all of the doors so your gear will be dry and free of dust.
The underfloor drawer is now inside the main body, so is not exposed to the elements.
The whole interior mounting system is assembled using T-Tracks, making it easy for you to adjust and add accessories as needed.
