Terms & Conditions

1. The competition is open only to New Zealand-based clients 
2. To enter this competition, the entrant must have proof of purchase valued at $500 or more, dated between 01-01-21 and 31-03-21. Closing date for entry will be 31-10-20. After this date, the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
3. The entrant must be the 'end-user'. Dealers/ Re-sellers can enter the 'end-user' into the competition of behalf of the 'end-user'. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
4. The prize is as follows: 'Stand Up Paddle Board Package' as detailed on this page. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5. The winner will be chosen at random via a draw or similar
6. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
7. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image when Utemaster announces the winner. Personal information will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
8. As this is 2020 after all, we reserve the right to make changes to this promotion and entrants will be notified as soon as possible.
9. Prize does not include the Ute or Centurion Ute Canopy.
10. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
